I cannot say enough about the level of customer service that Brett has given to our family over the last nine years. Our pool was installed by Brett many years ago. EACH AND EVERY TIME I encounter a hiccup with the pool, it is a simple call to Brett and he does whatever he can to resolve my problem that day.
He always listens to the situation on the phone, shares his impression, and provides a remedy that day!
This is a true reflection of how building a long-term relationship with a local business can pay off for years.

very helpful staff - I have never opened a salt water pool by myself and they were very helpful and quick in getting me my starter kit - sending boys back today to get salt for the pool! Thanks so much! Will recommend to friends and family

If I could give 11 I would! I would like to thank Brent and both Ryan's for their willingness and fast response to assist with our repair issues even under extreme cold conditions. The support from the after sales team has been excellent. Although I hope not to have to use the support again - I now feel far more comfortable that should I have an issue it will be promptly and professionally dealt with in a friendly, caring manner. Well done!

I have been very pleased with the service that we have received. The service manager Brent, was very kind and did everything he could to help us. Dan and Steve did a great job with the installation and really took their time to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Thanks to all the service staff that made numerous trips out to our home to help with any issues, especially Josh who was always willing to explain things to us and answer any questions or concerns we had. Excellent service by Vince & Lori at the Barrie location. We purchased an above ground pool from them, and from start to finish they made all the obstacles we encountered easy to resolve promptly. The customer service I feel is excellent they are warm people to talk to asking you feel like you belong at the store for any questions you may have and issues. Always a great welcome and any warranty issues were resolved with one phone call. Patience is the key no one can make things happen over night but they are on it and will get whatever you need done. I am very happy with international pools in Barrie Ontario They made our dreams come true with our family pool. Thank you so much.

We purchased our Coastal spa from International Pool & Spa Center, Oshawa, June 2013. Since then Brent, Ryan & staff have always been very helpful offering advice, and the repair service we received July 29 was timely and very professional. Overall exceptional staff!!

I just want to thank everyone from International Pool & Spa on Taunton Road, for all the wonderful customer service I've been given especially Nick and Sean. I purchased an above ground pool less than 2 weeks ago from them and it got installed yesterday. I'm so impressed with the turn around time. The pool installers were amazing and did such a wonderful job. They worked their butts off until 8:00 pm last night, one of the guys even worked through like a trooper even though he got heat stroke. Superb customer service all around. Thanks again for all the great customer service. The team at Taunton Road really are 5 star in my books!!!!!

We came to International Pools based on a personal reference and we were not disappointed. My wife is a gardening fanatic and our back yard is hallowed ground. Invasion of this space by outsiders is always risky business. Ryan and Chris were very personable and quite professional at the same time. The liner came out cleanly with every scrap of old vinyl transported to their van. The washdown of the pool bottom and the cleanup, right up to the dustpan and the fine broom put my wife at ease. The two made helpful suggestions during the process, answered all of the questions I posed and made any required minor repairs as they went. I was impressed with the way they sweated the details, smoothing over small cracks in the parging and making the installed edge blend perfectly with the top trim. The small liner ripples along the bottom edge disappeared as the pool filled and Ryan's promised deep blue effect intensified as the water deepened.

My wife gazed at the pool last night as the sun was going down and she remarked that it looked just like a small lake with the cedars and flowers reflecting on the surface - serenity come alive.
