Good hot tub... service great....the people that came to install it were informative, helpful and friendly... made sure that I was completely informed and satisfied before they left... I will recommend them to everyone I know

Bought a coastal spa... put 5000$ cash deposit on it on April 1,2016 and signed up to finance the balance... it has been 8 weeks and I've been waiting for my spa and no word?? I called them to find out that the financing was not approved but I got NO PHONE CALL to tell me this!!!! Now they still have my 5000$ down payment& 300$ security deposit and NO HOT TUB!!! No one there will return my messages!!! I want my money back and I will go elsewhere with my business!!!!
