We made the mistake of buying a pool out of the Oshawa store on Taunton Road and while the service while we were making the purchase was great - once they have your money, it all goes downhill from there!! We have had nothing but problem after problem and there is still no resolution. The customer service is horrible and the follow up to concerns is pathetic. The manager - John Strange - has been anything but helpful and does not stand behind his word. Promises have been made to fix the leaks we have had since the installation but nothing has been done. Unfortuantely we have recently heard similar stories about this store but now it is too late for us.
Don't make the same mistake - buy from anywhere else but here!!!
