Vlad and Roman were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable, and honest. Quality of work is superb. They provided a great service overall - I couldn't have been any happier. Our home wasn't the easiest, but they made it look very easy. They provided recommendations as they became familiar with structure of the home. I had a number of ethernet ports installed across the home (around 30 total) with the inclusion of indoor and outdoor cameras. I will definitely work with them again in the near future for all my low voltage work.

I got Cat 6E cabling done in my house to create a local network. Vlad made an initial visit and gave an estimate. On the scheduled date, his team arrived in time, discussed the cabling plan, and completed the cabling. I added my Ubiquiti network hardware and completed preliminary testing with their help. Everything was done to high professional quality. I was pleasantly surprised when the final invoice was a little less than their estimate. Vlad explained that they got the work done in quick time and so he is charging less. I am writing this 15 days after the work, now everything is working perfectly as planned. I will highly recommend Integrity Electronics.

Repairing my laptop at Integrity Electronics was an exceptionally positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff exhibited professionalism and expertise. They promptly assessed the issue with my laptop, providing a clear explanation of the problem and the steps needed for repair.

I needed to install Category 6 ethernet cables in all floors in my home, along with an Access Point for better wireless coverage. I called a few companies and Integrity Electronics, along with another company, contacted me right away and provided me with a quote. Even though the pricing was almost the same, I decided to go with Integrity because they gave me a couple of options for the installation and they also gave me a detailed quote, which the other company did not do. I'm glad I did go with them as Vlad did his partner did an excellent job. Even though I have a finished basement, they managed to fish the lines fairly easily without any major disruptions. At one point they drilled an extra hole in the wall by mistake but they fixed it very well with no issues or fuss. It is nice to know that there are companies like Integrity that care about the work they do and take ownership of any mistakes and are quick to correct them. As far as the ethernet installation goes I have had no problems with the connectivity to the internet. My connections are a lot better and the wireless access is much faster. I would recommend Vlad and his company to anyone needing to install ethernet and wireless internet connections. Great job!

We have an older unique home that has always had issues getting internet throughout the entire house. Between Vlad coming out and seeing what we need in equipment and then Roman coming out and doing the work of installing and setting up the system, we now have fast internet everywhere, even 100ft into our backyard. Highly recommend this company.

I needed to replace a backyard camera, install 2 new cameras, and pull ethernet to 2 locations on an upper floor. After the initial on-site evaluation, Vlad gave me some advice on potential camera issues with a camera I had already bought, so I heeded their advice and got a different model. They worked with me to get what I wanted but also provided lots of helpful expertise. This was not the most straightforward job and I am very happy with the final product. All of the wires are also very neatly hidden away as best as possible.

I had contacted Vlad back at the end of March as I was looking to get the following work done to our home:

a) Run Cat6 cable from the basement where my Bell Gigabit modem is to a bedroom on the 2nd floor of the home.

b) Install a wall jack with termination.

Vlad contacted me the next day and had arranged a visit so he could take a better look at what has to be done and to provide recommendations, etc. He came on time and even gave me a heads up as to the ETA. He showed up and explained that it can be done internally and gave a very reasonable quote with all the parts included, etc.

Fast forward to April 21st, 2023, Vlad showed up on time and started the work. During the work, he told me that some cutting is required of the drywall in the pantry to run the wire and this was the most efficient way of doing so. I agreed and he proceeded to do the work. During the course of the work he explained to me what he is doing and at the end of the work, he tested the connection to make sure that everything is working fine.

He showed up afterwards to fix the drywall and even cleaned up after the job was done on the Friday.

Overall Vlad is a great person to work with and an amazing business owner. He took his time to explain various options. He is very thorough with the quality of the work, uses quality materials and is very tidy. He is also very friendly and having conversations about various setups for Access Points (APs) was appreciated.

Definitely recommend Vlad for any work pertaining to this and will be going back to him in the future.
