I had Insta Insulation blow in cellulose insulation in my attic. I had another company do the removal ONLY because they came in much cheaper. When the guys from Insta arrived (I think it was Dave and Doug? Lol can't find the card right now) they immediately pointed out that rotten batten was left. The removal was bad. Instead of leaving, knowing it created more work for them, they came up with a compromise. They removed everything that was terrible and we reused what was good but just dusty. No surprise that the company who were paid in full for the removal have still not contacted me with a resolution to my complaint. The insulation blow in then proceeded without a hitch and my attic has gone from 4" in some spots to right up to the edge of the sill and baffles were installed at every joist. I'm looking forward to a much more comfortable home now. Since the install I have noticed that as I approach the 2nd level I no longer get hit with a noticeable change in temperature from the hot sun. I'm very happy with the service and my only regret is not having had the company do the removal also.
