60 year old house, no vapor barrier 20 pot lights, always winter ice dams. Removed old insulation, booted the pots, sprayed the plaster, vented all soffits, upgraded attic vents, fixed bathroom exhausts, fixed faulty plumbing vents, and blew in new cellulose insulation. No more ice dams, no more damp drywall in bathrooms, quieter, winter/warmer, summer/cooler house. Highly recommended - this review is written 9 months after the job, because i wanted to see it through a winter before what I expected to be a glowing review and I was not disappointed.
