During the assessment, Brandon explained that our attic had R-24, so he recommended to bring it up to R-50 with blown-in cellulose. He gave us a formal quote, then we booked the service with Alissa for the end of the week. The team was on-time and efficient, it was done in 2 hours. The change was noticeable right away, the cold draft upstairs is gone. I'm sure that it will improve our gas/electricity bills too. It was a very positive experience.
