An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had Insta Insulation out to do my attic insulation after taking part in the Government Rebate program. The office staff were very pleasant and scheduled me for a free at home estimate with Brandon Looby, who was very knowledgeable. When the crew came out to do the job they ran me through the process and started right away. When they left, the house was spotless as if they had never been there.
