I was most concerned to receive your letter from HomeStars dated Oct 16, 2012 regarding your compliant.
ICE aims to consistently deliver professional service to our customers. We also know how frustrating it can be to be dealing with raccoons and our goal is to help the homeowner. We provided your home with a raccoon service on July 17, 2009. Our raccoon program always starts with an inspection of a home and at that time a quote was presented to you. Quote #3769 addressed the cost of fixing the entry point of where the raccoons were entering (required work). On quote #3769 we also addressed potential weak spots on your home. At that time you chose not to have any prevention (suggested work) put in place. I have reviewed your paper work and in 2009 our warranty on your work order states it is 1 year warranty, work order #08631. We stood behind our warranty and on Sept 12, 2012 we came out to your home to check our work, work order #09231. It was secure and raccoons were only walking on your roof and at that time there were no new entry points. I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with squirrels now. ICE can most certainly help and implement a squirrel program for your home. Because it has been 2 years and 3 months after your warranty has expired we would most definitely have to start with an inspection and quote for these different issues.
