I would like to recommend Gates Wildlife Control, for being a very professional and ethical company; delivering effective results, in a short period of time! Within 2 days of my first call (Dec 2016), Chris Mueller, Senior Wildlife Technician came to my home. Chris was incredibly personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Shortly after determining where the mice were coming into my home, Chris promptly went to work screening the roof vents, sealing the points of entry and setting traps. The communication with Chris was great, he kept me in the loop through the entire process and within 4 visits (6 weeks max), our mouse problem was solved!! We have been Dr. Green Customers since 2008 and our experience overall with the products, services and price has been quite positive. The lawn care treatment really does work on the weeds and we have really noticed a difference over the past 3+ years. The technicians have always been friendly and treated our property with respect. In 2011 however, we did have some issues with Administration as a pre-payment for over seeding was credited to another customers' account and it took me several calls to have this error corrected. Also, we received an invoice for a different customer after a treatment that we didn't request, was applied to our lawn.

For more than 8 months we have been using a reputable Pest Control Company to bait and poison mice we have living in our garage and attic. While the poison has been successfully killing the mice that have entered our home, it has not prevented new mice from getting in. In early February 2012, we knew that our “mouse problem” was becoming more serious, as the level of activity and noise in our attic had increased dramatically. After researching on the internet, I found ICE (Innovative Care of the Environment, Inc.) and I liked their philosophy regarding wildlife and the environment, very respectful. Once I made the call, we were able to get a thorough inspection of our home within a few days. Owen and Rich showed up bright and early Saturday morning for the Inspection of our home. After more than an hour going through all potential exterior entry points ( garage, roof, gaps in the mortar etc.) and inspecting our attic, Owen(the Area Supervisor) broke the news to us that we not only had a mouse problem, but a full blown ‘infestation’. Owen identified our key problem areas and explained to us how ICE could prevent our problem from reoccurring. The quote and explanation were very detailed and despite appearing costly at first glance, with a 3 year written guarantee of their work, we knew this was the right company to deal with our infestation. Within a week, we had a team onsite consisting of Adam and Rich. They paid meticulous attention to detail: screening all roof vents and pipes, caulking the entire house, filling in every gap in our mortar, wire screening the inside of our garage - essentially sealing off any entry points for mice. The project was of massive and detailed proportion, taking more than 4 days to complete. Adam and Rich were polite, friendly, and respectful to our property – very professional. Adam was an excellent team lead, he kept the project moving and kept us informed as it was happening. We were very pleased with the end result and the great communication we had with our Technicians but also with the Administrative staff, Linda and Donna were terrific and couldn't have been more helpful!! I would highly recommend ICE based on our very positive experience.

We were introduced to Olympia in 2008 when they installed our beautiful patio doors. Olympia came highly recommended to us by family, who had positive experiences with both Windows and Doors. So when it came to replacing all of our windows in 2009, Olympia was the obvious choice! The experience from the showroom, though the installation process and continuing customer care could not have been more positive. Recently (Jan 2011), we had a minor issue with one of our windows, I contacted Olympia and within a few hours Emilio called and told me to expect a call directly from the Manufacturer, assuring me that everything was completely covered under warranty. The Manufacturer called me two days later and within seven days (from start to finish) the problem was resolved and the service could not have been better! We will continue to recommended Olympia to our extended family and friends, as we are delighted with their products, but more importantly we are extremely impressed with the excellent treatment and service that we have received!
