i have to start by saying that i absolutely hate moving. We have moved 6 times in the past 10 years because of my work commitments and 4 of those were a disaster. Imove came recommended by my friends who had used them last summer for a move in Oakville and were very happy.

We received an onsite estimate 1 month before the move and ordered packing supplies for fragile items. The crew was 15 minutes late on the moving day, however, the weather was abysmal at best. Our floors were covered with blankets and stairwells blanketwrapped...first time i experienced that! The crew handled everything in a professional manner and most importantly listened to my sometimes annoying requests for extra special care. The move went well, we tipped the crew for a job well done and i don't plan on moving any time soon!

We downsized from our 3 bedroom townhome to a 2 bedroom condo within Richmond Hill this past weekend. Imove assisted us in arranging extra storage space at a competitive price as everything would not fit at our destination. The crew arrived on time, handled our furniture safely and were patient with making things fit inside our smaller space. We will be using the same crew for our upcoming office move and expect everything to go just as smooth. Thank you, April.

As my title says, this is the 3rd time we have moved and this is the 3rd time we have used iMove. As always, the guys were on time, worked efficiently and were attentive to all our requests. Considering this festive time of year i appreciate the fact our crew was available to help with the remainder of things that needed packing as we were rather unprepared. Simple, fast and straightforward service. Having moved 4 times in the past 4 years this has to be my most pleasant experience. I was provided with exact number of men, truck and equipment that I was promised and I was billed accordingly. No hassle, no damage, no surprises. What else could I ask for? The very pleasant Andrew came for an inspection, and gave a written quote of $85 per hour max 5.5 hours plus 1 hour flat charges, to stay within a max of 110% of this amount.
His crew worked slowly, demanded coffee and food, swiped cookies, intimidated me into paying $850 without taxes. Andrew won't call me back or respond to my emails.
Steer clear of these crooks.

Truly great effort by my iMove crew. I still can't believe how they managed to lift up our jacuzzi but it was something to be seen! After two full truckloads of furniture, 3 large pizzas and endless supply of coffee we made it over to the new place in one piece. I hope we stay here forever, however, should this happen again I know who to call.

Just finished unpacking our belongings and having reserved my judgement until the last step I have to say that iMove did a truly stellar job. We ordered help with packing some of our fragile items before the actual move and everything was prepared with utmost care.

Moving 4 bedrooms took a full day and i'm sure our crew felt tired at the end of it all, however, they worked hard until the very last box was placed in its room. It was the first time we had used iMove, but certainly not the last. Thank you for taking great care in everything you did. Eugene.

I would like to thank our moving crew for a job well done. Our office move had to happen afterhours since we could not access the elevators during busy business hours. There was a lot to move, a lot to disassemble and put back together. The crew iMove provided us with worked efficiently well into the early morning hours and at times it seemed the longer they went the harder they worked.

We avoided any downtime whatsoever. Our IT guys finished the setup by Saturday afternoon, everything was unpacked on Sunday and the office was back up and running on Monday morning.
