Move from Downtown Toronto to North York
PLEASE reconsider if you are planning on choosing this company. I carefully went through all the reviews on this website and I don't understand what went wrong with us and the people that voted 10 stars.
The movers showed up an hour late, they took their time at the end part of their move while talking on the phone, and then tried to charge us for an extra hour which they did not yet complete! The manager hung up on me while I was telling him the situation and according to the movers refused to talk to me ay further.
They then took cash, said they'd be up with the rest of the boxes but half an hour later I found out that they had driven off leaving the boxes in the lobby. This is absolutely ridiculous, the men were not professionals, barely spoke English and there are dents on my wooden furniture. I would strongly advise you to reconsider choosing this company

Our average project cost per move is in $600-$700 range, yet you state that your move cost $260.00 in total. Our minimum cost for a reservation is $350.00 + Tax, yet you mention that you were overcharged by 1 hour. Terms and conditions of our service are posted on our website, therefore we don't find your claim to be in accordance of what our company actually offers.
