I cancelled all my appointments and waited at home for the delivery which was promised to be delivered 9am – 5pm today but they never came. It’s bad enough that the delivery guys don’t care about the value of the customers’ time (by telling them to wait all day at home and schedule to the best convenience for themselves), it’s terrible that they don’t show up!
