We needed to have the existing interlock stones in our back yard re-graded away from the house. The grade was sloping towards the house resulting in water pooling in a corner where the retaining wall for our walkout meets the rear wall of the house. In heavy rain, the water was leaking into the basement. Iberia was very quick to respond and Chris was extremely professional in his approach to assessing our issue, proposing a solution and delivering a quote. The work was completed on time and on budget. It looks great but most importantly, the solution worked. Iberia not only addressed the regrading but also treated the connected to the retaining wall with waterproofing membrane to further protect our home from water damage. Great company and I would highly recommend them to others

Really great to deal with Chris. He was always responsive to emails and quick to deliver quotes. The work took a few days longer than expected but it was well worth it. They did an incredible job (and my neighbours have already asked for a recommendation)! We added a retaining wall to the driveway and front of our lawn and it increased our curb appeal instantly! I had trouble getting anyone to even come to my house to do an estimate for such a small job, and the prices I was getting were wildly inflated, for what was to be a 2-1/2 day job. Iberia had done the foundation work for an addition to my home, and my contractor recommended them to do the final landscaping. They were terrific. The estimate was reasonable, they had good ideas about how to solve some of the problems with the landscaping, and they worked very hard in the blistering heat of this summer. I had to be patient and wait until they could schedule in the work, but they came as promised and did a great job. They re-laid my interlock walkway, raised the path so it met the stairs, built small retaining walls for the garden areas. The whole thing looks fabulous. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Chris was very efficient and polite from the quote (which was done and emailed as promised) through the follow up after completion. The crew worked hard, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The quote was not the lowest nor the highest but was good value. Chris was frank about what needed to be done and did not try to "up sell" any services. They were also flexible about doing small small tasks like planting some cedars and trim the flower bed in addition to the main job. I would certainly recommend Chris and Iberia.

We were thoroughly impressed by Chris’s creative vision and attention to detail which was evident throughout the entire project, especially the front porch and side walkway. The crews that worked on the job were friendly, considerate, and extremely hard working (they worked some nights until just before dark in order for the job to be completed on schedule). I can't thank Chris and his crew for doing such a fabulous job on the back yard. It looks totally amazing. At first I was going to have a "patch" of grass on the bottom level, and being a women, totally changed my mind after the fact. I got in touch with Chris, and he returned my call within hours and came and gave me an estimate on the rest of the bottom level. One of his staff by the name of Juan came to finish the job and to touch up a few things for me. He was such a perfectionist at his job, that it was amazing to watch him. He answered all questions and totally cleaned up after the job. It was such a pleasure to have him do the work for me, and to see such pride and workmanship go into his work. He definitely is a "keeper" and he is a very consciencious worker which is nice to see these days. Thank you all so much for making our yard look beautiful.

They were prompt and curtious - kept the building site very neat. The results were great...loved the deck addition and the pathway looks perfect! very pleased with entire process....they even made suggestions as the project went along while keeping within my budget. i would highly recommmend their services!
