I have used more than 10 appraisal in last 20 years and this is the worst company I have ever met.

Dishonest, fabric data for the report, delay the job for weeks
use student do the unprofessional job
asked full payment in advance with intention to play with customer.

stay away!

Do your due diligence. Pathetic excuse for an evaluation. No consideration for the unique location or lot size for a home on the SC Plateau. Comparisons were done with homes in the area of less quality, site and situation. Do not use this service.
