We had a roof that needed reshingling. Hired Home Depot who were not the cheapest or most expensive. Completed the job on time and on schedule. Had a leak and they were back to fix it and also redrywall and paint the inside. Guarantee stood up well.

I was very happy with the service and expertise that was demonstrated by the staff. All of the service people were very knowledgeable and had great product knowledge. When I got home I followed all of the instructions that were given to me made my purchase an easy snow blower to take home and start up right away.

I was completely lost when it came to window treatments and all I knew was that I didn't want anything typical like venetian blinds. So the Home Depot professional helped me decide what I wanted by showing me all the different options and each of their benefits and drawbacks. I now have a beautiful livingroom with just $300 total!

There was a large variety of plants and tiles for flowerbeds. Great price and choice at their home garden center. Would definitely recommend them. Friendly staff and a convenient place for all your landscaping needs. A++

Went to this store to purchase some accessories etc for a plumbing job-I dont know much about repairing a toilet but their customer service has really improved and I would definitely go there again

Home Depot is a great place to get everything you need for your house and the pricing is always very competitive. Products range from all price and quality ranges. Only downfall is their staff - it is definitely NOT LIKE the commercials. They are usually not very knowledgeable and I'm not convinced they want to help you either. So as long as you have no problem finding it yourself and researching products yourself, you can save money. What you save in money you lose in customer service.

I have a Thomasville kitchen cabinet installed 5 years ago. And I would like to order a new sideboard. But they told me they do not carry Thomasville anymore. But I found Thomasville entire kitchen cabinet setup in the showroom. Then they tell me the Thomasville was arranged by another company. Then they order that sideboard for me. 10 days later, home depot called me to pick the sideboard. When I try to install it, it is 0.5 inches short. I cannot even hang it inside the cabinet. Then I made a return to the store and bring my original sideboard to show them. They immediately told me to go to customer service for a refund and don;t bother to find a solution for me

We had a friend who could do most of the work, home depot was very helpful with suggestions on what should be done by your self and what should be left to the pros.

Full range of lumbers available for selection, display in classified arrangement with clear pricing, associates very helpful to give advice, handling heavy materials and did the precise cutting when necessary, also gave recommendation in using the appropriate tools and hardware

We have recently brought some new stuffs from Home Depot at First Markham Place. The service there was very good. Staff are friendly and informative. They provided what we needed. We would highly recommend for such a good place for furniture and home stuff.
