Our fridge broke on Sunday of a long weekend with a week's worth of groceries purchased Friday. I cannot get delivery on a fridge for a Week ! (called Sept 3, earliest delivery Sept 13.) After being on hold twice, I still could not contact the appliance Dept. The 2nd. time I was on hold for 2 minutes, & the line cut off to a busy signal. This store has the worst customer service ever. The idea that people can get along for a week without a fridge is crazy. When our clothes washer broke down a few years ago, it was over a week to have one delivered, so I bought one elsewhere. I clipped up 3 H.D. cards that they sent me over the past few years. I don't know how this company stays in business.
