We had a new front door installed at my home. My sales rep, Tony, was extremely helpful in assisting us to make design & colour choice and the hardware selection. He promised the colour and wood grain would be an exact match for what we were looking for, and delivered in spades. We love it and were very happy with the service, installation & final product – we get many compliments on our new front door.

Home Decor (Tony, Joe, and the installers) were very professional and went to great lengths to insure that we got what we wanted including checking the colour and inspection in the shop before installation.

Dreadful workmanship, and horrible customer service once something goes wrong. We had the "bay installation from hell" .It was a replacement for an existing bay window, but clearly the installer did not know how to do the installation. Called Tony to come and see the window the day after it was installed. He came out and I showed him all of the areas that were not done right. He focused on one issue and and told me that the crooked top of the bay was an optical illusion with my bricks! He sent the installer back to address the problem on the bottom of the bay. It only looked worse after this fix! As the installer tried to just cover over previous mistakes-there was no follow up call from Tony to see if we were happy with the repair job.
After this we decided to have another company come and do the repair-it cost us $1000.00, but there was no way I was going to allow Home Decor back on my property. Although in a later phone call Tony did say they would come back again, I told him that clearly the installer does not know what he is doing, and there was no way he was going to come back a third time! Tony's response was that he had other installers. No thank-you, as I was told the installer that came was "your best".
Last week I had the window properly fixed-I now have no crooked lines, optical illusion has magically disappeared, angles are all the same, caulking is neat and tidy, bottom of bay is reinforced-I was shocked to learn that when trim came off new installers found that the bottom had never been reinforced at all!!!
Tony in response to you I have no recollection of filling out any survery response. However, if I did, as you recall the bay window was installed a week after the first three windows-my experience dealing with you after the Bay Window installation was horrible, and I would never recommend your company to anyone.

We made the best decision to buy Home Tech windows through Joe he helped us choose a great color and did everything he said he was going to do. Neno was the installer and he was outstanding he over came every challenge that he was up against and did a great job. We love our choice for the quality of the windows and the experience of the people doing the job. Joe recommended brick to brick and casements and shutters and me and my wife are thrilled we listend. We had a total of thirteen windows brick to brick.

Home Decor replaced my front door which looks nice but the initial caulking job was terrible and it took 4 months for them to fix it. Door is fine but was not happy with the after installation service if things do not go smoothly then you can be expected to wait.

We are very pleased with the purchase and installation of the beautiful front entry and back entry doors that we purchased from Home Décor Window & Door Centre. We have had a number of neighbours compliment our new front door. The installation was very professional and the two installers did a great job and were very tidy. Would highly recommend this company.

Totally satisfied with the timing, quality and workmanship. True to their word. Would highly recommend them. My review is based on many contractors I have hired for various jobs over the years, this company really does deliver your needs.
