Home Décor Window and Door Centre Inc. were absolutely outstanding to work with. Joe Gerring came to our home, helped us through the design phase and did a great job keeping us informed on project progress. Joe is the consummate professional and he delivered a fantastic customer experience. The front doors/sidelights and the rear storm doors arrived as planned and the installation was neat and very well done. The doors look great and we are more than satisfied with the whole process. I would highly recommend Joe and the Home Décor team to anyone looking for great quality workmanship, high attention to detail and outstanding customer care.

Home Decor and Windows had replaced our Doors 3 years ago and my wife and I decided to use them this year for our windows as well. All work done both times were fantastic and we would recommend them to anyone. Even my General contractor was impressed with the quality of the windows and professionalism of the installers. They even cleaned up their mess! Side note, they took so much care of us that they even replaced a screen free of charge when a squirrel had chewed though it the day after installation. 10 out of 10 for sure. Thanks.

We had all of the windows in our home replaced. We met with Joe and instantly liked him. He was very knowledgeable and understood what we needed. He made several recommendations that made sense and we are happy with our windows.

Alex and Igor came out to install them and they did a very good job. They were very thorough and worked hard to get the job done in two days. The caulking around the windows looks great and we were told by someone we know that use to install windows that it was a great job.

From the start Joe the sales manager was incredibly friendly and knowledgable . Within in minutes he understood my needs and demonstrated his product knowledge, honesty and integrity. He even showed me the factory & walked me through the showroom demonstrating what each window I selected and how it will work in my home. Compared to his competition he wins on product knowledge, friendliness, compassion and listening skills. On the day of installation he swung by to check up on my happiness factor and say hello to his install team. The install team were very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked efficiently , took time to demo how the Windows worked and cleaned up after themselves. If you are looking for new Windows look no further!

Friends and us met the owner at the home show - we knew this place was in the running for our decision for 2 new doors. One in Mississauga, other in Vaughn. Once we visited their location and later reviewed ratings online - we made our decision. From then on, Joe was involved - a super guy - a rep. that cares. I have worked with Tony since 2011 when Home Decor replaced ever window and door in my home except the front door.

I called to get a quote on a broken window on my front door and to get some service work done.

The new owner, San, made it very clear he did not want to entertain any of it.

I quote " we won't do a one window job" and then was quoted over $200 to replace 2 $15 door sweeps that have been an issue since day1.

Not the way to treat a customer that has spent so much money with your company.
