Water was coming out of a back flow valve and an overflow pipe and spewing against my furnace room wall. I looked up the maker of the furnace and they had recommended HOERNER as a good service company.
I called them and they said they could have someone there a week later as they were fully booked. A couple of days later i got a call that they could come within the hour. They looked at, took pictures, and gave me a quote for the parts and labour.
A couple of days later, Derek and his partner arrived (on time) and within
a couple of hours had the job done. He then deducted $100. as the job
didn't take as much work as he suspected. Great service.
