My mgt company called this company to investigate why there was no hot water. the plumber, ED, came in for 2 hours for troubleshooting cost $338 + GST, and do nothing . He said need to replace the water tank because it was old and dusty. He replaced the water tank, initially he quoted the price $1700 + GST all inclusive, however, later, he said he could not remove the water tank by himself and asked a helper to help and charge another $380, total bill was $2418 + GST + $2538.90. The company did businesses not honestly, I believed to change the water tank is by job and not by how many people to work this job. it was not fair to the client. Plus the 2 hour troubleshooting cost $338 should be included into the package. Plumber said his boss charged this 2hours troubleshoot because he travelled back to the office twice to complete this task. It is unacceptable. Never heard water tank replacement was paid by how many people to work
