Hildi Weiman Interior Design

Hildi was lovely to work with and had lots of great ideas. We have a lovely kitchen as a result of her work.

I'd love to give her a great review as a result, but she is a major disappointment in two areas.

The first is measurement: her diagrams were off in one instance by about a foot (!) which cost us a lot of money to fix when we built the kitchen. More recently, we've also discovered that the rough-in she designed for the built-in fridge we are now finally installing is off as well.

The second is communication: she has never responded to a single call or email about either of the problems we had. And honestly, the emails couldn't have been nicer and more understanding - I'd be happy to send them to anyone who doesn't believe me.

I can forgive simple errors, but I can't forgive any business that doesn't own its mistakes and at least attempt to explain them.

Hence the low rating, despite Hildi's considerable skills in some areas. It honestly pains me to leave this review, because she's nice, enthusiastic and not without merit. But the lack of follow-through is simply inexcusable.

Not recommended.

Hildi weiman designed my bedroom at my cottage and in the city. I am so happy with the results i would recommend her for anything. She also has amazing style

Hildi has a great sense of style and design. She works with great people and will figure out great solutions to your various problems. While she is not the cheapest you are paying for her experience and it is worth it.

A top notch designer and project manager! Hildi did a complete kitchen/master bedroom ensuite for us a few years ago with outstanding results. Visitors still stand in awe of our kitchen. Hildi is currently doing a second bathroom for us and her excellent design concepts and "take-charge" project management skills are unbeatable.

Hildi delivered outstanding ideas and ultimately beautiful designs for our home renovation(s). We chose our own contractor to execute her drawings and she worked extremely well with him to ensure the plans were executed properly and as well that specific trades, such as the millworker, were of high calibre. Her follow up after the project was complete has also been excellent.
