Questionable ethics with techs for AC unit install

Tech came in to install Carrier AC, didn't bring brackets, was going to level it with interlock pavers found on my neighbor's property without asking (!?) until we stopped them and called their office to bring brackets.
Wired up the unit to the furnace wrong, claimed AC would turn on in a few hours, had to bring in a 3rd party to get it fixed. Carrier unit works great though, but that's Carrier.
