My husband and myself had a horrible experience with Hausenbarn. One of the sofas we got from there took forever to arrive and it came in a totally different leather colour than we had ordered. They could not care less about our problem. The manager from the store was extremely rude to us and said that she could do nothing about it. She literally said she could not control all the cows out there! That was the treatment we got after spending almost $20.000,00 worth of furniture in that store. We do NOT recommend Hausenbarn to anyone!
