I've always had great success with the Handyman Connection. They have always sent qualified people. They were fast and fixed the problem quickly. I was glad that they could come that day as I turned off the water for the house and they were accommodating to my schedule.

The Handyman Connection and I got off to a rocky start. I had one of his employees starting on Tues. and he wrote in his book Wed. Regretfully the date was not on the contract (I should have been more aware). Needless to say I took an entire day off work and no one showed up. Also because of the delay, the other contractors had to work around him when he was there. Then their was the disappointment of the work done. This was a dropped ceiling in the basement with special cuts around the window. I wanted the window fully exposed so the ceiling had to go up and over them. The end result was terrible. I contacted the Handyman Connection and the owner, Alex called me back asap. He came over to my house that night to inspect the work. This man STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE! He agreed and sent in another handyman with more experience with the special cuts. I believe his name was Don. He did an absolute EXCELLENT job and I'm thrilled. This company could have walked away but the owner didn't and wouldn't until the work was done to my satisfaction. If it weren't for the first part of work and issues I would have given Handyman Connection a 10 rating. I do recommend this company and will hire them again because they do stand behind their work. Well done.

Hired them to do some drywall work as part of a basement renovation. Received a written quote with a clear explanation of the work that would be done. The work was done on time and the quality of the work was very good - and he cleaned up after himself, left no mess.

The guy came in and quickly figured out the issue. He replaces the piece of carpet that was falling apart. Very professional and fast service. A plus plus plus, thumbs up up up up

We had some door fix, faucet leak and exhaust vent replacement jobs. The company was prompt in their response and the job finish quality was good but the price is very high, more than 3 times the material cost, which is rather high for a copmany that calls itself handymen.

There was a delay on getting special parts but that could be a supplier problem. Overall, the job was done well, the cost was reasonable, and the people were polite and truthful.

I have used the Handyman Connection several times over the past year and every time I have been pleased with their service, price and workmanship. I will continue to use them again in the future and have recommended them to several friends and neighbours.

I called the office excellent polite respinse appoimtment arranged .Mark arrived dead on time .assed the problem got the part fixed the faucetand it was over.He was very polite and tidy.

I experienced outstanding workmanship and professionalism from Dan who painted my 2 story foyer, upper and lower halls and all doors and trim. His preparation was meticulous with patching and sanding where necessary, and the final result was superb! He completed the job within a few days and as a final follow-up, checked to be sure there were no touch-ups necessary. I would recommend Dan for any painting job - his skills and his work ethic are exceptional.

Being left with an electrical wire cut from a previous window installation (see my comment on Torwin company) I called The Handyman Connection as a neighbour referred them to me. They re-routed the wire according to the electrical standards but they left the round holes they did in drywall poorly covered with plaster. I had to do myself again the patching and painting.
