Called, The sales person arrived on time, showed me what was available,. Then invited me to check out the competition and get back to him. The installers arrived on time, worked for two days installing windows, cleaned up... perfect. When a problem with a window 3 years later (tenant broke the window) the same installer returned, fixed the window at no cost. Great company
