Although this was a relatively small-scale project (replacing a single exterior door), it was enough to create an impression - a very good one!
First off, the initial planning visit.
Igor was nothing but helpful. And - the quality I appreciate the most among sellers and service providers - he didn't try to push us towards something that would be convenient for *him*, but that would not be exactly the optimal solution. He listened attentively to our requests, and offered a reasonable solution.
When the installer - Eugene - arrived, he was very professional and polite. The work was performed very well, and the quality even exceeded our expectations.
Highly recommended.
