Poor closing, poor customer service - DO NOT USE

Paid $500 each for opening and closing last year (our first year with a pool). Water level was not met, pool cover ripped. Called, no answer - that was January, it is now March. Emailed and got a call telling us that they are not refunding and it's not their fault. Liners can leak and we are suppose to check the water level - how the hell are we suppose to know that if our "experts" did not tell us? We asked for a walk through (she reminded me it was free, even though I would have been happy to pay for good advice - we know now why it's free). We are now in need of a new liner and cover - which will be over $3000. STAY AWAY.
