Greensaver Insulation & Retrofit Services

I initially had Greensaver attend in March 2022 for an initial energy audit before a retrofit of windows and insulation was completed. I have been trying by several phone calls and emails to book the post retrofit assessment. Their message says they will respond within 24 hours yet after 2 weeks I have not received a single response. I don't even know if they are still in business and am trying to find out if I can take their file and go to another company. I even went to the company office in Etobicoke and of course there was no one there. Just a few unattended trucks. I have even contacted the Federal government and am awaiting their response. Totally disappointed with the customer service. The first appointment went well and I am waiting to finish the file for the rebate.
