Extremely poor service after they have your money. We had a terrible time getting service to repair a cabinet that failed only a few months after installation. We were told they were too busy with new installations. Then our sink dropped after improper installation as manufacturer's instructions not followed and we were told that we should be happy that we got nearly six years' use out of it. At the same time, we were told that they had never had a sink drop. after many weeks of chasing, they finally had the same subcontractor used by Gravelle come to make the repair but only after we first paid them $250 upfront to make the repair - even though it was an improper installation and through no fault of our own. The repair person confirmed that it was not installed correctly. In the end, Paul Gravelle insists that we should be happy with 6 years use out of the sink. The fact that it was improperly installed is of no matter to him. Call us crazy but I know of no one who has to pay a plumber every 5 years to take everything apart and reinstall your kitchen sink as a standard maintenance measure. we hope to never again have to deal with Gravelle. Once they have your money, they could care less about quality of service. Their do not stand by their work whatsoever!
