Very disappointed with the service.No professionalism,No proper infrastructure and/or team to take over the project.Had to struggle throughout the deal to get things done according to the blueprint.so many blueprint violations was done.

The Grand Home team completed my basement renovation from it's bare walls. Geoff was able to meet all my needs with excellent knowledge and advice. The team did an excellent job and left the space clean throughout every phase. The whole job was completed on time and came within budget. I am very happy with the workmanship of everyone involved, from framers to tile and hardwood installers. Excellent work!

We hired Paul and his team at Grand Homes to do a full scale house renovation. Our house was gutted right down to the wall studs. We had a couple of unexpected glitches and weather problems but still... Paul was on time and on budget. They were not the cheapest quote we had - nor the most expensive- but you get what you pay for in revovation. He was very , very patient about any changes we made or uncertainties we had. He was also a great source of design ideas. He has a big team and the way he managed that team ensured we ended up back in our house on time. He was a pleasure to deal with level headed, patient and courteous. He understands customer service. ("cute as a button too" my wife says)
