Gib San Pool & Hot Tub Centre

We had our backyard landscaped and existing pool renovated by Gib-San Pools and landscape Design. I would recommend them to anyone. The planning process was fun and informative. The designers and managers were easy to reach and any issues were quickly resolved. The workers were respectful to my privacy and my neighbors properties. We chose Gib-San for their reputation with high end clients and because of their affiliation with the Master Pools Guild. We have used their services to open and close our pool and plan to continue in the future. Honestly an A+++ experience in home renovation.

What a relief to find a start to finish builder like Gib-San.
From the first meeting in January 2008 until our pool was closed for the winter (2010) we have been delighted to work with this team of professionals. We were immediately put at ease by our sales associate Peter who explained the building process and took the time to work through all of our product selections and requests.
The construction team was simply amazing, our project manager Mario was very thorough making sure that not only did we have our permits in order but our yard was clean each day. My wife and I were simply amazed at how tidy our “construction site” was at the end of each work day. As the landscaping took shape we were simply amazed as to how our starting vision was becoming reality before our eyes.
When the pool and landscaping was complete we were introduced to the Client Care department by Bogdan who walked us through our Tutorial session. He explained the maintenance and ongoing care required for our pool and really put us at ease.
I cannot say enough about this team of caring professionals. I felt compelled to write this as I share these feelings with my two neighbours who also bought pools from Gib-San, and are equally satisfied.
Thank you Gib-San for taking what would normally be a very painful process and making it very simple.

Gibsan Pools were excellent. I bought a hot tub from them and they installed it in a timely manner. They offered me alot of design advice as well. Anytime I need chemicals I go into the store and they test my water and let me know exactly what I need. Anytime I have a question they are very good with answering my questions over the phone. Customer service is exceptional.

Excellent sales team headed by Dave Linday. Numerous and frustrating delays and errors during construction. After short meeting with owner Ed Gibbs all issues brought to a satisfactory resolution and worked progressed quicker than expected.

October 2006 we met with Dave Lindsay from Gib-San and I would like to say it has been an absolute delight from the moment he walked in the door.

We constructed a unique concrete pool, vanishing edge and spa. The design department listened to our ideas and put together a multifunctional show peice and play are that works perfectly for my family.

In the past we have had renovations done and homes built yet we have never worked with a contractor that has served our needs like Gib-San. Yes there were some "construction pains" as Peter our project manager had explained at the outset, but once completed we are elated.

We were looking to have a pool installed and some landscaping completed and in the end we received everything we had hoped for. Not only did they deliver on all of their promises, we continue to use their services.

I will use them again, and again.

We knew we needed a backyard makeover and we knew we wanted a hot tub, but we had no vision or idea as to where to start. After going to various hot tub stores we decided to deal with Gib-San as we liked both the products they offered and the people we were dealing with. Then we were introduced to Jay, their landscape designer. His first set of plans for our backyard left us speechless and required minimal changes. The project took a little longer than expected and was certainly not cheap, but the quality of the workmanship that went into placing and cutting stones for the walkways and retaining walls, and the placement of boulders was simply outstanding. We now have a wonderful, yet private, view over the golf course while relaxing in the tub. As well, the selection of perennials for year-round colour is just wonderful with little maintenance. We loved the work that was done so much that we did our front yard a year later, and we are constantly having people stopping to look. The store itself is very bright and cheerful, and people like Molly make it fun to come in and visit while getting hot tub supplies or having our water tested. We even won their hot tub contest one year for a supply of chemicals. Definitely worth it!
