Gem Windows and Doors

I’ve signed a contract with GEM for 3 parts: replace the original wooden porch railing by an all-aluminum one, replace two single garage doors and replace the main front door. Both the garage doors and the main door are of excellent quality and the crews who proceeded with the installation were very experienced, friendly and did a perfect job leaving the place spotless. For the porch railing replacement, there were a few issues that have been corrected once addressed to GEM owners who took the time to meet me at my place to see on their own what was not right. They had no hesitation to give their commitment to fix everything to my satisfaction. And they delivered! Such leadership must be praised because it is rare nowadays when many companies unfortunately place more importance on sales and profit to the detriment of the quality of products, service and customer satisfaction. GEM demonstrated that they belong to the major league in their business and are top leaders.

The installers were very proffessional and friendly, did an excellent Job.. They finished their work in time and I will definitely recommend to our friends. Gem Doors and windows provided an excellent customer service.

No issues as expected from original quote provided by GEM salesman, to short lead time of delivery to removal of old windows and addition of new windows. Thank you GEM for your excellent service.

In renovation of our house GEM windows was the easiest part to deal with. They did a very professional job in designing and replacing all the windows. They were on time and I love the new windows. I highly recommend this company!

Complete tear out (solid brick house approx. 90 years old) of existing windows and replacement with 3 new vinyl windows on second floor. Very satisfied with the work. Two workers. Professional workmanship done right and on time. The work was done on a beautiful warm day in December. Double digits. Caulking and turned out well.

On-time, clean crew, no mess and it looks great! Nice aluminum capping on exterior. Interior trim work meets carpet. Good value for money paid. I would recommend GEM to others.
