Company advertises wrong address.drove to 60 venture Dr unit 1 spoke to a person that said gasman has moved out of this location years ago and many people keep coming in looking for them just as i did. have to wonder about a company that uses selective phone recording and uses Call Center people to answer all their calls as if they are working for the company. person i spoke to told me her address and i said no your not im here. she said well thats the address i got. so obvious misleading the public into thinking your talking with someone from the company

DO NOT USE THIS Company. They do not repair and i suspect do not know how to repair home Central Air Conditioning Systems they only know how to replace entire systems |Dave and salesman not repairman Joe are making a lot of money selling whole systems. that is their one and only goal
paid for the service call but obviously will not let them perform any kind of service to my home. Found a good company that can fix my problem without replacing the whole system.

We hired gas man services to service our air conditioner and we were told we needed a new unit. We agreed to the job and they collected the deposit but never gave us credit for that on our final bill. We called them to get our refund however they ignored our calls and never got back to us. We called numerous times and wrote letters but no response. Do not use this company!

Had Gasman provide very reasonable estimate for a new system. The installers arrived on time and were neat, professional and immediateley laid down their red carpet drop sheets, before entering the home. Installers were knowledgeable and efficient, installed the whole system in about 10 hours. They cleaned up like they had never been there, and ran through all details with us for the new furnace and AC. We are extremely happy and would highly reccommend, the company and installers. The installer contacted us the week after to check and make sure everything was 100 % and thanked us for choosing their company. Great Job!!!

Gasman damaged my property($460) during an install .They ignored and evaded me for 6 months until I got the home address of Dave the owner. All of a sudden the cheque appeared in my mail box.

Installed new hot water heater for Home Depot. Did not properly sleeve the exhaust. When enbridge inspected the work the said Gasman had to come back and sleeve the exhaust or else gas would be cut off. Gasman refused saying Enbridge was wrong. Called another contractor without giving background and they were shocked at the shoddy workmanship. Charged another $150.00 to fix. Not a big expense but a surprising lack of concern for an unsafe heater installation. Will never use Home Depot contractors for heating again as they were zero help

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my decades of owning a home. The defective humidifier they installed flooded my basements. They came by the next day and fixed it, but I was left with major flood damage - they only paid for cleaning a few Persian rugs, but would not pay for the ruined rugs and other possessions, nor cleaning. I tried to contact them for years afterwards (this was 2001) and they just never returned my calls/letters. DO NOT use them!

Salesman was knowlegable and helpful, responded quickly and accurately to queries. Installer argued about agreed on location of compressor unit, spliced new unit into existing old line set. Salesman explained that use of the old line set was typical, but I would have preferred to have known this in advance.
