Building itself is good, however installation plans did not have detail needed to put building on wood platform. Materials lacked to do install on woof platform. I indicated the size of the platform and the building was larger than platform. We had to extend the platform and shrink the building footprint to make it fit. Building caused water to leak at the joint with the wood platform. We are having a struggle to get it sealed. While this building would be good on a concrete base it does not work on a wood platform as was indicated to the salesman. If we were aware of the issues we are having I would have NOT purchased the building but we would have gone with our original plan of a stick built structure.

Our engineered buildings are certified for the local wind, snow & seismic loads at the intended site location and warrantied for 30 years when installed according to our design. They certainly require a more substantial base than a wooden platform as would have been indicated on your stamped engineered drawings, as well as detailed on our website and all print media. Please contact me directly to further discuss, as I have concerns that the building as erected may not be structurally sound.
