I bought a new build in December 2017 in the Mallory Heights subdivision. I have nothing but good experiences with the Sales Staff, Builder and after the purchase warranty staff.

Love my new house and thrilled with the final result!!!

This is my third new home and by far the worst. Extremely poor workmanship, work seemingly done by amateurs, poor tiling work, shoddy paint job, lousy varnish, rough doors.
The house was closed in an incomplete state and we had to take possession as it is. The pain started from there. Now we found that there was no control or management oversight for the construction. We had to get everything done by staying at home from work. The work had to be supervised as their only contractor is lousy and total waste of time. The garage doors system seems like used stuff and second hand, I had to replace them at my cost. Two garage walls are not even insulated. When a I wrote to them, they will refuse most things by saying it is our standard. You cannot get past these guys or get any work done from them. It is impossible to convince them about some shortcoming in the house, they will find a way to justify it and NOT do it.
Don’t buy their houses. Speak to more houseowners who are victims and then Decide. I will NEVER buy a Fridel/Woodland Home. My ensuite is cold and I will have to pull my hair out to get this fixed by the builder.
