Focal Point Framing & Art

We did not have to be in Focal Point Framing long to recognize the craftsmanship and care that goes into every project, and that framing is as much are as it is craft. We have had five paintings and prints framed there, and were completely satisfied with every one.

When I walked into The Focal Point framing shop, I knew I was walking into the world of a framer who knew his craft. I was about to find out pricsient that statement was. The first room of the shop was bursting with frames of all sizes. Dave was working at his craft in the other room, also a cornucopia of frames and samples. I placed my order, chose, the materials I wanted Dave to use, to make my order a reality. I came back some time later, to pick up the result. I was confronted with a stunning example of the framers art.
Any one who choses to use Focal Point Framing, will be over joyed with the results, no matter how big or small the work. Dave, is an artist in his own right, simply put. You will be thrilled with his work, his welcoming persona, and his ability to listen to your desires, and bring them into reality.

I had a beautiful painting of the South of France, by the talented local painter Barbara Sutherland, framed by Focal Point Framing and Art. They did a wonderful job showcasing the beautiful painting to enhance it. They also had a very caring and professional customer service. I´m really happy with the painting and the framing, and know that I will return to Focal Point Framing and Art the next time I need something framed!

It was a great pleasure to meet Barbara and David! I brought a poster of a scene in the South of France to be framed and was so happy to see their enthusiasm and genuine interest in the project. Barbara and David are very knowledgeable and talented. We discussed the best option together and they suggested the optimum colour solution to capture the atmosphere of the scene and optimize the effect. After driving by this place many times I finally stopped in, as I was looking for 2 pictures to complete a living room wall. The owners were friendly and super helpful. I chose two signed limited edition prints and then chose my options for matting and framing. Just picked them up today. I couldn't be more thrilled. They are beautiful and are now proudly displayed on my wall. Thank you Barb and David. Excellent job!

This is by far the best framing service I have used. The gentleman has a great eye for colour, so his choice of frames and mats brings out the best in the painting. The lady is friendly and courteous with her customers. It is truly a pleasure to deal with these folks.

Initially brought one piece in for framing with excellent results; frame and mat expertly cut and assembled. Great suggestions for a frame style that would best suit the artwork. Efficiently completed and within budget. Have returned many times for framing and mat cutting. Wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
