Over the past 5 years we have spent $60,000 replacing all the cottage windows and doors
Last November a small crack appeared in one of the sealed units and I spent a long time trying to get to talk to someone at Clera about this
Have been waiting 8 months for replacement and getting nothing but lip service. Someone says window is ready but installer says it is not! Window is ready to crack in half, and is so dangerous and I have four grandchildren. its LAWYER TIME !

As you know that these windows are installed at your cottage up north which is little outside of our regular service areas and currently we have no rep covering that area.
