Clera Windows + Doors

We had our bedroom casement windows installed in 2014. This spring i noticed two problems. First one of the retaining clips had broken on one window resulting in a less than perfect seal. Secondly the other window was stuck and did not open using the mechanism. I called Clera and made an appointment for John van den Broek to come out to see what could be done. John arrived right on time and was able to replace the clip and unjam the other window which required him to lean outside. All this was done with no fuss and a very pleasant manner and also under warranty. I was very pleased with John's professional attitude and the fact that we ow have two perfectly working windows.
