Clera Windows + Doors

They installed my sliding door lock/handle upside down. I called and asked why they installed it upside down and the Manager said "we're sorry about that by why didn't you tell us before the installer left!" They say the only way they will come is if I pay them before they show up. So I hired another company for the rest of the windows and they fixed the problem for. This was an installation issue not product defect, way to honour your work FM!
