We had three large windows, Patio Door and Front door replaced in 2010 and had two more windows replaced in October of this year (2012).
The first install was completed on schedule and the installation was completed in a very professional manner. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional, took the time to explain the entire replacement process, answer all of my technical questions, and left my property in a clean and tidy state. the success of the first install was why I chose FM Windows for the replacement of the balance of my windows. This installation also was completed in a very professional manner.
