Very Poor communication and customer service

Cant get anyone to come for warranty repair. Have had issues since April 2023. Waited 6 months for the patio doors to arrive and be installed. No communication during that time. We had to call and call to get updates. Most of the time had to leave messages tgat were never returned. After installation of 2 sets of patio doors, one set was fine, the other very stiff, never worked properly. Installer came back, made an adjustment and said we needed to let it « settle ». All calls after that were ignored. Finally got someone in in Feb. 2024. He made a few adjustments and the door was only slightly better. We contacted him at the end of April to come back. He offered a date that we had to refuse due to a prior commitment. He said he would contact us the following week. Fast forward to October 2024 still hadnt heard from him. Finally got a response from him stating that he wouldnt be in Ottawa area for a while and suggested we call the office to ask for another technician and to mention that we needed new rollers. We have been in contact with the sales rep who has also been putting us off- asking us to wait as new service tech for Ottawa ( who is actually the initial installer who said the door just needed to settle). It has been over a week and weve heard nothing! This company has no concept of customer service. They do not stand behind their product and seem to be having great difficulty with service techs. If I could give a minus 10 review I would! It is a truly frustrating and exasperating experience trying to deal with this company!
