Took 1.5 yrs to finish...had to pester to return both times for each job. Had to learn what it was and how to parge the basement windows after installation due to leaking pretty badly after rain. They went on holidays between start and finish of patio door install. Had to reschedule my non verbal autistic grandchildrens 2-3 times because of it...they depend on routine and not just anyone can look after them. They failed to add the extra lock requested to safeguard the kids. This is a lot of money for me as I'm on my own...I expected good service at the least...I will NOT recommend this company. At least I know how to large now and still have to do the area around the 2nd window which at least didn't leak after the install. PS I did ask about them finishing the windows but was told we don't do parging and when I asked what I was supposed to do, they didn't know of anyone who could do it. Before and after pics...I used a piece of white baseboard to be able to frame a corner....I'm a 69 yr old woman...never to mate to learn at least

We are not quite sure what your concerns are, as per the information provided by your local Clera manager, they installed the basement windows way before the patio door because you asked the installer to install the door in the spring because it was to cold to have a knock out done during the winter weather.
