Windows and a front door are all beautiful, installation smooth as can be, but the service from the office is really bad. I was asking for proper receipts and a credit for being overcharged for a front door, only to have my messages ignored for weeks and weeks. My warning is: Beware the paperwork, because no one in the office is on top of it.

However, we are very disappointed and sorry to see the 2-stars and to read that you feel that you received really bad service. We are confused about your claim of not receiving a receipt, as per our administration department, a receipt was sent out to you within hours of you asking for it and we have an acknowledgement from you receiving it. Also, our accounting department confirmed that the credit for being mistakenly overcharged by the sales rep was also applied to your credit card. The reason for the short delay, and we apologize for that, was because the purchase order is not under your name and there was a bit of confusion in the accounting department which we were waiting for the sales rep to clarify.
