We bought most of our kitchen appliances at this store five months ago and based on the homestarts reviews, we thought it was a good business. We made a BIG MISTAKE we've had numerous issues with the Samsung refrigerator and AVG wine cooler. We have spoken several times about the poor quality (noisy, poor ice maker, doors do not open properly) of the products and they have asked to call Samsung and AVG's customer service and they haven't done anything to fix the problems because it is just the way "the products are". Faulkner's appliances do not stand behind their recommendations as we followed them. The quality of these two products is bad, at least in larger companies you can ask for your money back or exchange products but not in this company. After writing this I hope they pay attention to us and help us the resolve the issues. For sure next, we are going to buy appliances at a larger store where they have the 21st-century customer service.

We are sorry for the problems that you had with your appliances but we tried our best to support you along the service route and generally we do have great experiences with both of the items you had problems with. You have to understand we are dealing with the big manufactures and we do have get the support through them. We wish we could of replaced the units right away but we need authorization from the suppliers as well. Please note we did say if service was not smooth with the wine cooler we would replace it no questions asked.
