Fairway Glass Ltd

So disappointed. came home to find my bedroom window severely cracked. I had put up a garbage bag to keep the light out ( the window was never completely covered) so I Called to put in a claim. Was told it was heat fractures. well guess what. Fairway refuses to cover it because of no point of impact. I thought their policies covered no fault.

The work was sloppy and has continued to cause considerable leaks on the patio. The glass was cut too large so stoppers couldn't be applied causing one of the 3x10' pieces of laminated glass to shatter. When we emailed our concerns they said they were not responsible unless it happened within 48 hours of install. Everything about their work and the lack of care is deplorable. I would never recommend this company. Very frustrated. After the last screw-up we refused to pay the small balance remaining.

My front glass door to my business was replaced by Fairway Glass approx. a year ago. The glass door frame is now falling off and seems to not have been installed correctly. When I called fairway Glass to request they fix this I was told by Debbie that they did not deal with the frame and were not interested in fixing this. I wonder how they installed the new glass door without dealing with the frame?
She was simply rude and not very helpful here. They were our glass company that we are insured with and I will have them removed as this customer service is not acceptable.

had these guys come bring a huge piece of glass into my apartment about ^x7 ft. They got it in the elevator and did a good job attaching it but it appears its may have not been cut perfectly. i didn't complain as the price was half of what other quoted

One day I came back from work and noticed my front windows had been cracked and damaged in many areas of the glass somehow which is when I contacted Fairway Glass to see if they could fix my problem. They quickly came around to check it out and replaced my cracked windows with new great quality glass and frames which made the front of my house look great! They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their work and they got the job done wonderfully at a decent price!

I live near a park and one day, a baseball came flying through my window, breaking the glass because of some local neighborhood kids playing. I called up Fairway Glass to come inspect the damages and they responded fairly quickly.They provided great service at a reasonable price and did their work with top-notch results and within one day, my window was looking good as new! I highly recommend this company if ever you find yourself with a broken window, because they get the job done right.

We were very happy with the service we received from Fairway Glass. We called them in to repair a broken window (due to vandals) and Fairway responded promptly, came to the site, gave us an accurate estimate, and when we gave the OK, they fixed the window quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use them again for any other glass repairs we required.
