Express Rooter did excellent work and were very courteous in their customer service, we had a plugged drain issue that was in need of emergency work, Express Rooter diagnosed the problem correctly and quickly.

Big rip off.
After my initial poor review due to express route overcharging by more than double for the same work they done in two previous occasions, I received a call from their office asking me to chance my review to a 10 and they would be sending me a cheque for the difference the same day. I changed the review that day and here we are two months later still waiting for the cheque. I now see how they are able to obtain a high rating.

Jason came out promptly and provided excellent service. As usual, Express Rooter showed their skill in the plumbing field.
Very professional. The only plumbing company I rely on. I will continue to call Express Rooter should any future problems come my way.
