Our house main shut off valve was old, leaking, and needed to be replaced. Vladimir arrived, was friendly and introduced himself. Told me the cost before hand, and I was thrilled with the quote. Things got complicated as we have the water main in our house that shuts off water to six more houses down our townhouse block. After we shut down the main, the water didn't seem to want to stop back flowing from other houses. We had to go to neighbors and open their outside garden hose faucets. All together it took about an hour to 90 minutes to get the water to stop dripping back so that the weld could be made. Everything is perfect now, and I'm happy to have a dry floor again!!
