Stubbornly Plugged Toilet replaced

Rob arrived on time and strenuously worked at unplugging our toilet...we believe that a toilet paper holder got inadvertently flushed down, out of sight and out of reach.
Rob returned the next day with a very efficient replacement, just before the Easter weekend!
Rob was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations, as well as providing me with great practical information about how to access different areas of our pipes, so that we can clean them ourselves if need be!
