Recently we had water seeping up through our foundation which we believed occurred from our water line being damaged during gas line upgrading in the area. The city maintenance crews who were dispatched because of our calls would only insist the problem was on our side of the property and it was now our problem.
We called Martin who promptly put his below ground crew on standby while he came over to carry out an inspection. Although we had other advice, Martin recommended a safer route that would avoid aggravating a bad situation.
The crew showed up on time, were courteous, respectful as they travelled through the house and were professional in their work. Unfortunately they worked over a bitterly cold Christmas holiday period. They even stayed late Christmas Eve to make sure the city turned the water back on. I'm delighted to be able to submit this review for a well run company.
